Henderson EV Charger Pros is based at 1023 Nevada Way, Suite 4, Henderson, NV 89012 — a five-minute drive from the geographic center of Henderson. Drive times below reflect typical traffic, not best-case empty-road timing. Response time SLA is the window in which a licensed electrician arrives on-site, not when work begins.
Henderson core (89002, 89011, 89012, 89014, 89015, 89074)
Includes the downtown Water Street district, Pittman, Townsite, Whitney Ranch, Mission Hills, Black Mountain, the I-215 / I-515 interchange corridor, and the residential blocks between Sunset Road and Sunridge Heights. This is the densest part of our service area — most jobs are within 12 minutes of base. Many homes here pre-date 1995 and have 100A or 125A service, meaning panel-upgrade conversations are frequent.

Green Valley & Green Valley Ranch (89014, 89052)
Master-planned community south of Sunset Road, anchored by Green Valley Parkway and the District at Green Valley Ranch. Homes built largely 1990–2008 with 200A service standard, so most installs here are straightforward 25–35 ft hardwired runs. The Green Valley Ranch HOA does not require approval for interior-garage charger installs but does for any exterior wall mount — we handle the ARB submission as part of our standard package.

Anthem & Sun City Anthem (89052, 89044)
Foothills development along the I-15 corridor south of St Rose Parkway. Higher elevation means cooler garage temps year-round — useful for keeping a Level 2 charger from thermal-throttling in July. Sun City Anthem (age-restricted 55+) has very strict exterior ARB requirements; we always run new exterior conduit in EMT with a color-matched powder coat to avoid violation letters. Solar-plus-EV combo installs are most common here.

Extended Coverage Neighborhoods
Beyond the Henderson core we maintain regular routing through the luxury developments around Lake Las Vegas, the newer master-plans south of the 215, and Boulder City. Response windows are slightly longer but install quality and warranty are identical to core jobs.
MacDonald Highlands
Custom-home enclave east of Stephanie. Most homes have 200–400A service and dedicated garage sub-panels. Frequent multi-Tesla load-share installs. Drive time 14–20 minutes.
Lake Las Vegas
Resort community around the man-made lake off Lake Mead Parkway. Strict HOA exterior rules. We coordinate with the Reflection Bay, SouthShore, and MonteLago associations on every exterior penetration. Drive time 20–28 minutes.
Inspirada
Newer master-plan in southeast Henderson (89044). Homes are EV-ready with 200A panels and conduit stubs in many garages — installs are some of our fastest. Drive time 15–22 minutes.
Cadence
East Henderson master-plan along the Boulder Highway corridor. Mix of single-family, townhomes, and apartment communities. Frequent townhome shared-wiring questions — see our blog post on apartment / multi-family EV charging. Drive time 12–18 min.
Seven Hills
Elevated gated community west of Eastern Avenue. Homes built 1995–2010, almost all 200A. Frequent Tesla and Rivian installs. Drive time 14–20 minutes.
Tuscany Village
Gated golf community north of Lake Mead Parkway. Older electrical (early 2000s) — frequent need for surge protection upgrade alongside the EV install. Drive time 16–22 minutes.
Paradise Hills
Just over the Henderson line into unincorporated Clark County (89123). Permits go through Clark County Building Department rather than City of Henderson DSC, which adds 1–2 days. Drive time 18–25 minutes.
Boulder City
Historic small city east of Henderson, served by Boulder City Municipal Utilities rather than NV Energy. Permits via Boulder City Building Department — we're familiar with the local inspector. NV Energy rebates don't apply here. Drive time 22–32 minutes.
Why Our Coverage Aligns With NV Energy Territory
Our primary and extended coverage zones (Henderson, Green Valley, Anthem, Lake Las Vegas, Inspirada, Cadence, Seven Hills, Paradise Hills) all sit inside NV Energy's southern Nevada service territory. That matters because:
- Rebate eligibility: NV Energy's residential EV charging station rebate (up to $500 bill credit) is only available to customers on NV Energy service. Boulder City, Overton, and Mesquite are on different utilities and not eligible.
- Meter pull coordination: Panel upgrades require NV Energy to disconnect the meter. We have an established relationship with the southern NV Energy service desk and typically book disconnects within 5–7 business days.
- TOU rate enrollment: NV Energy's Time-of-Use residential rate makes overnight EV charging dramatically cheaper. We help every Henderson customer enroll during the install handoff.
Out-of-Area Policy
We get calls weekly from the Las Vegas Strip, central Summerlin, and even Pahrump. Here is how we handle requests outside our regular coverage zones:
Las Vegas Strip / central Las Vegas hotels & condos
We do not service the Strip corridor or downtown Las Vegas condo towers. These properties have unique fire-marshal, high-rise, and HOA constraints that demand a contractor based on that side of town. We'll refer you to a vetted Strip electrician on request.
Summerlin & northwest LV
Available by scheduled appointment only (next-business-day minimum). We charge a $89 trip surcharge for installs west of Rainbow Boulevard to cover the additional drive time. For HOA / multi-port commercial work in The Ridges or The Trilogy, we'll do it at standard rates.
Pahrump, Mesquite, Overton, Laughlin
Outside our coverage. We're happy to provide remote consultation on permit / panel / charger selection but do not install in these areas.
Why Tight Coverage Matters for EV Charger Emergencies
EV chargers fail in three ways that demand fast response: tripped breakers that won't reset (usually a wiring issue), burnt receptacles (loose-lug arc-fault), and smoke / smell events. Each of these is a fire-risk condition. A contractor 90 minutes away isn't a contractor — they're a phone-call delay between you and 911.
Because our trucks roll out of Henderson, we maintain a 60–90-minute on-site SLA for emergency calls inside our primary zone, 24/7. That's the operational reason our coverage footprint is tighter than competitors who advertise "all of southern Nevada." A contractor who covers everywhere covers nowhere quickly.
For non-emergency installs, the same logic applies: we can do a same-day Henderson core install because our pull-cart is 15 minutes from your driveway. That's why we don't stretch coverage past what we can serve well.

Do you charge a trip fee inside your primary zone?
No. Inside the Henderson core, Green Valley, Anthem, MacDonald Highlands, and Seven Hills, all estimates and installs include trip costs at no extra charge.
What if I'm in Boulder City?
We service Boulder City by appointment with a 24–48 hour lead time. Boulder City uses its own municipal utility rather than NV Energy, so the NV Energy rebate does not apply, but the IRS 30C federal tax credit still does.
Can you install an EV charger at my apartment in Henderson?
Yes, for owner-occupied units where the deeded parking has dedicated electrical access. For renters, we work with the property owner or HOA. See our blog post on apartment EV charging for the full process.

Do you service commercial / fleet installations outside your zone?
