Who We Are

Henderson EV Charger Pros (hendersonevcharger.com) is an installer-matching service. We do not perform electrical work ourselves. When you request an estimate or a callback, we review your request and may share it with an independent local EV charger installation professional who can contact you and provide a quote.

Information We Collect

When you submit our estimate or callback form, we collect what you enter:

Your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method or time
Your ZIP code and, optionally, city or neighborhood (we do not ask for your street address)
Project details such as your vehicle, charger, electrical panel, charging location, and timeline
Optional photos of your electrical panel and charging location, and any message you add
A record that you agreed to be contacted about your request, including the wording you agreed to

We also record how you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid). This is kept in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and sent with your request. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your request.

How We Use Your Information

To review your request and check that it is in our service area
To share it with a local installation professional who can contact you about an estimate
To send you a one-time confirmation email when you provide an email address
To track the status of your request and measure which pages and campaigns lead to requests
To detect and block spam and abuse

We do not send marketing emails or texts, and we do not call you ourselves — the installer you are matched with contacts you.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to handle your request:

Local installation professionals. Your contact details, project details, and photos may be shared with an independent installer serving your area so they can contact you and prepare an estimate. The installer handles your information under their own policies.
Service providers. We use a lead-management platform to record and follow up on requests, an email provider to send notifications, and a hosting provider to run this website and store requests and photos.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Photos

Photos are optional. They are stored privately on our server, are not publicly listed, and are shared through links that expire after 30 days. Please avoid including people, faces, or documents in your photos.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics and our lead-management platform's site analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including anonymous events such as starting or submitting the estimate form. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention and Security

We keep request records for as long as they are needed to follow up on your project and for our business records, and delete them on request. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored on access-restricted servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sharing it with installers. Email us at info@hendersonevcharger.com. If an installer already received your request, please also contact them directly.
